A Choice of Two Card Options
We offer a choice of two cards: Silver MasterCard or Gold MasterCard:

• Silver MasterCard
  The Silver MasterCard is available to members with an annual income of $20,000 or higher. This card offers a credit limit between $2,000 and $10,000.
• Gold MasterCard
  The Gold MasterCard is available to members with an annual income of $35,000 or higher. This card offers a credit limit between $5,000 and 25,000. ^

Superior Rewards Programme
The MyCard MasterCard Standard Rewards programme offers you outstanding benefits, including points that never expire while your card account remains open. You'll receive one Reward point for every dollar spent on purchases in Australia and overseas, and you'll receive double points when you shop with our range of bonus partners.

You can redeem your Rewards points for a range of rewards including retail store vouchers, great merchandise, charity donations and even your annual card fee. You can also enjoy great travel rewards when you redeem your points with Take Flight, a new feature allowing you to fly with any airline, anywhere, anytime!

And if you have insufficient points for your desired Reward, you can fast-track your redemption with our top-up facility.

You'll receive a Rewards catalogue soon after you receive your card, and regular newsletters to tempt you with fabulous new offers. You'll also receive a quarterly Rewards statement showing the number of Rewards points you've accumulated.

Gold cardholders have the option of enrolling in BlueSky Rewards (for a slightly higher annual fee), which allows you to redeem Rewards points for Qantas Frequent Flyer points. ^

PayLite Plan Option
The PayLite Plan allows you to spread the cost of larger purchases (greater than $500) over 6,12, 18, 24 or 36 months and pay monthly instalments at a special low PayLite interest rate. You can buy what you want now and pay it off over time, at a competitive low interest rate. Once you've made your purchase, you have 14 days to register your purchase with Card Services as a PayLite purchase, so that we can apply the special interest to your purchase. Plus, there's no penalty for early repayment. ^

Free Purchase Cover for the First 3 Months
Use your MyCard MasterCard and you'll have peace of mind knowing that almost all new purchases are insured against loss, theft or damage within three months of purchase. ^

Fraudshield
Fraudshield offers powerful protection against fraudulent use of your MyCard MasterCard. If we detect any irregular transactions on your account, we will call you immediately, even if you're overseas. ^

Delivery Guarantee
If a personal item is purchased using your MyCard MasterCard and this item is never delivered, our delivery guarantee means that most purchases are covered for up to $10,000.^

Free International Travel Insurance for Gold cardholders
Use your MyCard MasterCard to buy your international travel tickets and enjoy complimentary travel insurance for you and your family. Cover includes medical and unexpected travel expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability and loss or damage to personal items. ^

Special Balance Transfer Rate
Your card allows you to easily transfer other credit and store card balances to your Credit Union account. This will enable you to enjoy the convenience of making only one card repayment each month.

Plus, you can take advantage of our special, low balance transfer rate, and pay off your balance at a lower interest rate for the first six months.

If you would like to close another credit card account when you transfer the balance, we can make all the arrangements for you.^

Worldwide ATM and EFTPOS Access
Your card is the key to a world of credit card convenience:

ATM Access

• Make purchases from more than 450,000 merchant locations in Australia and over 24 million in 220 countries around the world;
• Use your MasterCard for cash advances from more than 12,000 Cirrus ATM's in Australia and over 630,000 ATM's worldwide.

EFTPOS Access
Your credit card is accepted at all stores displaying the MasterCard logo. It is a perfect alternative to cash when purchasing a wide range of goods and services in a variety of locations.^

Telephone and Internet Access
Your card provides you with the convenience to pay household bills or make purchases via the Internet or telephone.^

An additional cardholder free
At no extra cost, you can request an additional card for your partner, family member or another dependent over 16 years of age. The extra card will be identical to the MasterCard you have requested and are linked directly to your credit card account.^

Cash Advance Facilities
For cash advances, you can use your credit card at any ATM displaying the MasterCard/Cirrus logo; or over the counter at any financial institution accepting MasterCard.^

Easy Account Management
With online banking and a choice of payment options, including BPAY, Easi-Pay and Australia Post, managing your MyCard MasterCard account couldn't be easier. ^
