- Return these to us:
- bring the form into one of our offices
- mail the form to us at: PO Box 460 Geelong VIC 3220
We'll get back to you once we have your application to establish your membership - it's that easy!
Coming into our office?
If you intend coming into one of our offices to become a member please:
- download and complete our Membership Application Form (below)
- provide sufficient documentation to validate your identity in terms of the requirements of the Australian Government's Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988:
- read the "ID Requirements" form (below) for information on the range of suitable identification
Sending in your forms by mail?
If you intend sending us your membership application by mail please:
- download and complete our Membership Application Form (below)
- download and complete the "Reference from an Acceptable Referee" form (below) - instructions are included on the form
