2. Return these to us:
   • bring the form into one of our offices
   • mail the form to us at:  PO Box 460 Geelong VIC 3220

3. We'll get back to you once we have your application to establish your membership - it's that easy!

Coming into our office?

If you intend coming into one of our offices to become a member please:

• download and complete our Membership Application Form (below)
• provide sufficient documentation to validate your identity in terms of the requirements of the Australian Government's Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988:
  • read the "ID Requirements" form (below) for information on the range of suitable identification
