Phone Banking Service
Discover the convenience of secure direct access to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To access the service simply call 03 5245 1739 (Geelong), 03 5521 5333 (Portland) or 08 9531 6161 (WA). The service is free, all you pay for is the cost of the phone call. MyCard Credit Card
A credit card provides you with the ability to make purchases over the telephone, internet or via EFTPOS.
The MyCard MasterCard offers up to 55 days interest free and also comes with a PayLite option, which allows you to spread the payment of large value purchases over time at a discounted interest rate. MyCard MasterCard.
Redicard
The Redicard operates on your General Savings or Pensioner Deeming Account and provides you with the facility to access your funds 24 hours a day through any ATM or EFTPOS terminals located throughout Australia at selected retailers and service stations. Bank@Post
If you can't get into one of our branches, you can use Bank@Post. Bank@Post is a personal banking service offered at over 3,100 Australia Post outlets. It allows you to use your Redicard at the post office to make deposits or withdrawals from your savings account as well paying certain bills such as loan repayments. Learn more about Bank@Post.

Direct Debit/Credit Services
In today's society, leisure time is limited. Remove the hassle and time associated with paying bills by setting up a Direct Debit. With a Direct Debit you can specify the recipient, amount and the nominated intervals of your payments. Payroll Deductions
Payroll deductions let you elect to have a certain amount taken out of your pay and forwarded to your accounts every pay day. It takes the pain out of saving and makes it a very convenient way to make your loan repayments.
You can also deposit your Whole of Pay to your accounts.
Personal Cheque Facility
We can provide you with a personal cheque book which operates on your General Savings or Pensioner Deeming Account. Our cheque books come in books of 25 or 100. Things you should know about your personal cheque facility.

Foreign Currency
It's always good to have some of the currency of the country to which you are traveling, particularly when you first arrive. Your local branch can arrange to provide you with a range of foreign currency before you leave Australia.
Cash Passport Card

Travellers' Cheques
