Our Phone Banking service gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touchphone.
What options are available using Phone Banking?
By simply calling 03 5245 1739 (Geelong), 03 5521 5333 (Portland) or 08 9531 6161 (WA) from any touch tone phone and following the voice prompts, you can:
- Hear your savings account balances
- Hear your loan and investment account balances
- Hear your last five transactions on a nominated account
- Transfer funds between selected accounts
- To see if a personal cheque has been presented
- To pay a bill using BPay
- To access another membership account
- Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
- To change your Personal Access Code
How do I register for Phone Banking?
Members
As a member of the credit union you are automatically registered for Phone Banking and your initial access code is your date of birth (ddmmyy).
If you have forgotton your access code just give us a call on 03 5245 1739 (Geelong), 03 5521 5333 (Portland) or 08 9531 6161 (WA). Our friendly staff are available from 7am to 6.30pm EST, Monday to Friday to issue you a new access code after they have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will be required to change this code the next time you use Phone Banking.
Non Members
You may only register for Phone Banking if you are a current member of the Credit Union.

How do I access Phone Banking once registered?
Just call 03 5245 1739 (Geelong), 03 5521 5333 (Portland) or 08 9531 6161 (WA). Press option 1, enter your member number and issued access code. You will be required to change this code on first time use.
Can I access the Phone Banking Service whilst overseas?
The Phone Banking Service can be accessed whilst overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by 61 3 5245 1739 (Geelong), 61 3 5521 5333 (Portland) or 61 8 9531 6161 (WA). Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.
What happens if I forget my access code?
